A Simple 4-Step Practice to Set Intentional Goals

  1. Pause & Reflect Ask yourself: What do I most need right now? Tune in. Your body and inner voice often hold the answer.

  2. Set a Gentle Intention Choose a word, feeling, or focus for the coming month or season. Examples: “Nourishment,” “Clarity,” “Rest,” “Consistency.”

  3. Choose One Small Step Ask: What’s one thing I can do this week to move in that direction? Think micro-movements: a daily walk, a phone-free evening, a nourishing breakfast.

  4. Reflect & Adjust Progress isn’t linear. Check in weekly: Is this still serving me? Pivot as needed—this is your path, and it’s meant to support you.
