At Wellness by Umashree, I offer a holistic blend of yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and coaching to support you in creating sustainable, meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating stress, rebuilding energy, or seeking a deeper connection with your body and mind, I’m here to walk beside you—gently, purposefully, and with care.

I believe wellness is not a one-size-fits-all journey. It’s personal, intuitive, and deeply empowering. I’d love to support you in finding your version of balance.

Experience

My Journey

As a fitness enthusiast, I first turned to yoga in 2012 to support my physical health—but I quickly realized it was so much more than just a workout. Yoga opened the door to deeper self-awareness, healing, and emotional balance. It gave me space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with myself in the midst of a busy, multitasking life.

Over time, what started as a way to stretch and stay fit evolved into a powerful inner journey—one that continues to unfold. Through consistent practice and training, I found clarity, calm, and a desire to share these tools with others.

This path eventually led me to become a certified yoga teacher and a health & wellness coach. My work is now centered on guiding others toward balance—not just in the body, but in the mind and soul as well. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or out of sync—and I also know that transformation begins with one mindful breath at a time.

My Path & Practice

My journey into health and wellness has been guided by both personal transformation and a deep calling to serve others. Trained in holistic health coaching, yoga, and mind-body practices, I draw from both ancient wisdom and modern science to support healing and balance. Every certification, every class, and every experience has been part of a sacred unfolding—one that allows me to meet you with empathy, presence, and care. This path is not just what I’ve studied—it’s how I live, and how I show up for you.
